Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our policy is the same for all registrations for all conferences or workshops.

Payments by credit card, check, cash or voucher are treated equally.

Policy: Registrations, cancelled before seven days prior to the workshop, conference or event can be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. No refunds can be made seven days prior to the workshop. Refund requests must be in writing and submitted to IMHCA postmarked by the deadline or sent electronically by the deadline. Refunds will be made in the same form they were submitted within 14 days of the receipt of the request.

Refund for products purchased from IMHCA will be made only if the product is defective.
